• Only official Texas MS 150 Teams can reserve a tent
• Tent Availability is limited in order to comply with space restrictions on the Kyle Field Plaza.
• NMSS staff reserve the right to determine location and limit tent size
• All tent orders are due by Monday, March 13th @ 5PM CST
• All tent orders must be paid by Monday, March 20th @ 5PM CST
• All changes must be made by Friday, April 7th @ 5PM CST
. Any change after April 15th will result in a $50 Change Fee.
• No refunds will be made in the case of inclement weather or natural disaster.
• For teams that individually / self determine to cancel their order for any reason prior to Friday, April 7th @ 5PM CST
, a 50% refund will be issued.
• If cancellation is self determined for any reason, no refunds will be issued after Friday, April 7th @ 5PM CST
• All tents at Kyle Field must be rented by Cadence Event Management/RevelXP.
