• Tent Availability may be limited in order to comply with space restrictions at Texas A&M.
• NMSS staff reserve the right to determine location and limit tent size

All tent orders are due by Friday, March 22nd @ 5PM CST
• All tent orders must be paid by
Monday, April 1st @ 5PM CST
• All changes must be made by Friday,
April 5th @ 5PM CST. Any change after April 5th will result in a $50 Change Fee.
• No refunds will be made in the case of inclement weather or natural disaster.
• For teams that individually / self determine to cancel their order for any reason prior to
Friday, April 5th @ 5PM CST, a 50% refund will be issued.
• If cancellation is self determined for any reason, no refunds will be issued after
Friday, April 5th @ 5PM CST.
• All tents at Kyle Field must be rented by Cadence Event Management/RevelXP.
